It includes 10 steps of Qi Gong exercise incorporated with Yoga movements and meditation. It is easy to learn and easy to practice, and there is no need for any special equipment. In our fast paced society time is limited. 12 minutes a day can help prevent many problems and provide lifelong benefits.
