We will prepare an Italian Pepper appetizer, Pasta Fagioli, (a hearty soup) Shrimp Fra Diavolo, (with a unique spicy tomato sauce) Chicken de Marche, and for dessert a Tiramisu (not my Grandma's but she would have loved it!)

Lisa loves to cook for family and friends. Coming from a large Italian family, food was a big part of her family's get-togethers... an expression of her Grandma's love!
Please bring an apron and take-home containers to class.
