In this hands-on workshop, you will gain an understanding of the history and principles of Reflexology, and learn how to apply Reflexology techniques to the feet to relieve stress. By the end of the workshop you will be able to give a relaxation mini-session to your friends, family, or yourself. Please wear comfortable clothing, have short nails, and bring a pillow and sheet. Expect to practice hands-on techniques on a partner.
